All projects are different and therefore subject to different processes, statutory consents and legal obligations. We aim to guide our clients through these to help make the process simple and painless. However, construction projects of any scale, will usually and unavoidably be subject to certain complex requirements, such as compliance with health and safety regulations (CDM), the Building Regulations, Listed Building Consent and Planning and so it is important to be familiar with these and how they might affect your project.
